Welcome to Audeo. By using this app you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Audeo is an educational flashcard application designed for hands-free learning. The app offers both free and premium content across multiple learning modules.
2. Free and Premium Content
Certain modules are available for free with no restrictions. Additional modules require an Audeo Pro subscription or lifetime purchase. Free modules may change over time, but any module that was free when you started using the app will remain free for you.
3. Subscriptions
Audeo Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
4. Free Trial
Eligible subscribers may receive a free trial period. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the subscription price.
5. Lifetime Purchase
Audeo Pro is also available as a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks all premium content permanently. This purchase does not expire and does not auto-renew.
6. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Audeo does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
7. Educational Disclaimer
Audeo is designed as a supplementary educational tool. Content is provided for learning purposes and may contain inaccuracies. Audeo is not a substitute for professional instruction.
8. Driving Safety
Audeo is designed for hands-free use while driving. Always prioritize road safety. Do not interact with the phone screen while operating a vehicle. Use CarPlay or voice commands for session control.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
